Users now can copy and paste their products into the Quick Import product section. This feature supports up to 100 items, if you're just lazy to download the sample excel file, drag your product data from your computer to their fields and click IMPORT. Done! EMERGE App will take good care of your products from there.
In case you have more product variant and locations, click on Action button to see the drop-down list, select
Add new variant option & attribute to add new variant columns
Add new location & section to add new location columns
Common errors:
Product variant is duplicated with other variant in excel file, please check their Attribute Option(s) and edit then upload again
Means it's because two product variants have different SKU BUT their attributes are the same, the system rejects them, they need to have at least one thing different.
Product Bar Code is duplicated with other products in excel file.
Duplicated barcode, find the duplicated items and edit their barcode.
Cost Price is not valid number.
The price has to be in numbers only.
Selling Price is not valid number.
The price has to be in numbers only.
Supplier Code is not existed in the system.
Create/Import suppliers and their supplier codes to EMERGE App before uploading your products with data in supplier code column.
Product Code is duplicated with other products in excel file.
Duplicated product SKU, find the duplicated items and edit their SKU.
