How to turn on CRM feature and report to analyse sales rep performance. How many lead/opportunity/customer you created, conversion rate.

1. Purpose

The CRM Conversion Report helps tracking how well your sales representatives are performing.

  • It shows how many leads, opportunities, and customers each rep has created, along with their conversion rates.

  • This information used to identify which reps are doing well and where others may need support or training, ultimately improving overall sales effectiveness.

2. Turn CRM Module on

In Basic Settings, turn on the CRM Module.

Now in your Dashboard displays CRM Modules with CRM Conversion Report.

3. How to Generate Leads and Convert Them into Opportunities and Customers in the CRM Module

Click on the Leads module, a window containing the names of leads, opportunities and customers will be displayed as shown below.

Click CREATE NEW LEAD on the top left to generate a new lead.

Now you need to enter the lead information, then click “Add” and don’t forget to save on the top right button.

Once this lead is approved, click “convert to opportunity” to move to the next step. The process is similar to convert this opportunity to a customer.

Hot take: The Tasks and Notes tabs can be utilized to store information or note activities about this lead/opportunity.
