If you buy products from multiple suppliers that offer different estimates delivery times as well as require different minimum order quantities, you can set them up in product information.

How to add lead time and minimum order quantity for product suppliers?
1. Open the product you want to update.
2. Click Edit.
3. In Supplier Attributes, click Add New Supplier's Attributes.
4. In the Supplier drop-down list, select a supplier or create a new supplier. After selecting a supplier, enter their lead time, minimum order quantity, and supplier product codes.
5. Click Add New Supplier's Attributes to enter another supplier's attributes.
6. Save once you are done editing.
What happened after you set supplier attributes for a product?
When you create a new purchase order, after selecting the supplier, the system automatically evaluates the estimated receive date based on your item's preset lead time.
In case the PO has multiple items with different lead times, the system will take the longest lead time.
