When hidden, the products will not appear in specific users' quotations, sales orders, purchases, and other related documents. This includes EMERGE cart products for particular customers tagged to the default user.
1) From left navigation, click on company settings
2) Click on user management and select specific user
3) Locate the hidden products field and select the products that you want to hide from the dropdown list
