The production module gives you an overview of the progress of your production lines with their current status as well as the final product quantity of each stage.
1. Production Line Templates
A production line template pre-determines the workflow or plan that outlines the stages, resources, timing, and quantities of finished products of each stage in a production line.
Look up: Create a New Production Line Template.
2. Production Line
How to create a New Production Line?
Step 1: In the Production Line page, click on New Production Line button on the upper left corner.
Step 2: Set the estimated completion date and select the production line template. Based on the template you selected, the production sequence will be automatically generated.
Step 3: Click the Save button to create the the production line order. When you're done, the status of this production line is now IN PROGRESS.
Production line listing page
The production line listing page will summarise all necessary information about the production progress.
Status: In Progress: none of stages finished;
Partial Progress: some of the stages finished;
Completed: all stages finished.Current stage:
Stage name|Finished qty|Product name
3. Production Line Report
For analysis, you can also download the Production line report in Excel which has all the information you need about ongoing as well as completed production lines.
This report can be generated easily by setting the date range and then simply exporting the report.
