While creating a Purchase Order, click on 'Unit Price' and then select 'Manage...'

Another way, go to App Settings in the Basic Settings, scroll to Purchase Order Settings, and click 'Manage...' on the Price Intelligence info line.

The Pricing Info window will pop up.

Customize your quick preview price list by turning price lines on or off and clicking 'Save'.
