Mobile Scanner | How to scanning barcodes to add items into Sales Order?

Using mobile scanner to create Sale Order and add item by scanning barcodes

Step 1: Open New Sales Order

In the Sales Order module, click the '+' button to add a new SO.

Step 2: Add Items by Scanning Barcodes

In the Item List tab, Click on the box 'CLICK HERE TO START SCANNING PRODUCTS'

Step 3: Save the Order

After added items into the sales order and other information like discounts and tax, Click SAVE in the top right corner.

Step 4: Review and Approve

Once the sales order created, if approval is required for this process, you must review the order information and approve it by clicking APPROVE.

The Sales Order now listed in the list page with Approved status.

Besides, you can also scan barcodes to perform other tasks on mobile like dispatching, transferring stock.
