EMERGE App will use the Base UOM to calculate your inventory, you will need to setup your Base UOM and Additional UOM in order to manage/sell/purchase your products.
Base UOM: The lowest selling unit. (e.g. You create a product call ‘Grape Juice’ with a Selling Price of ‘$2.50’ and enter ‘Bottle’ into the Base UOM field. This determines that the lowest selling unit is 1 bottle.)
Additional UOM: Additional UOM can be added. (e.g. ‘box’ is additional UOM, Value is the number of unit of the additional UOM and Selling Price fields.)
