Sometimes your clients complain that they cannot log into their EMERGE Cart account, kindly take a few minutes to check if they happen to have the issues listed:
· Unsupported browser: IE, Edge
EMERGE App and EMERGE Cart don't cover Internet Explorer and Edge, do use a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox to have the best performance from app.
· Wrong link to the cart
Please check if they're entering the Cart from the right link, the best way is to keep the EMERGE Cart welcome email for the correct link.
· Browser cache
