You can now transfer stock directly using the EMERGE mobile version. When paired with a handheld barcode scanner, the stock transfer process becomes faster and more accurate.
Follow the steps below to transfer stock using your phone.
Step 1: Log in to EMERGE
Open your mobile browser and log in to your EMERGE account.
Step 2: Create a New Stock Transfer
Tap the “+” icon at the bottom left corner
Enter transfer information in the INFOR tab, tap the ITEM LIST tab to add items into the order
Step 4: Scan Items to Transfer
Tap Start Scanning Products to scan the items you want to transfer
Select the destination warehouse or section where the item will be stored
Enter the cost price
Review the transfer details and tap Complete to finish. If you need to adjust information, tab Edit
Step 4: Complete the Transfer
When done, the system will send you a notification as below
The stock transfer status will update to Completed
