After creating your delivery order, you will be able to perform the following functions.

  • Edit Shipment

  • Voiding Shipment

  • Preview / Download / Email Shipment

Important: Once your shipment has been ‘confirmed’, you will not be able to edit it.

Edit Shipment

There are 2 ways to locate the shipment you want to edit:

Route 1 – use this route if the delivery order is tied to a particular sales order

  1. Click on Sales > Sales Orders on the main navigation panel

  2. On the listing page, click on the sales order that contains the shipment

  3. Under the Shipments tab, click on the shipment you want to edit

Only shipments that have New status can be edited.

Route 2 – use this route if the delivery order contains different orders

  1. Click on Fulfilment > Shipments on the main navigation panel

  2. On the listing page, click on the shipment you want to edit

  3. On the details page, edit your shipment details

Voiding a shipment

To void a shipment:

  1. On the Shipment listing page, click on the delivery order you want to void

  2. On the Shipment details page, click Edit at the top right corner

3. Click on Void, OK to confirm

Email / Download / Preview

You can email / download / preview your shipment by clicking the respective icons located at the top of the delivery order details page.
​ NOTE: only available for “delivered” shipments
