After creating your delivery order, you will be able to perform the following functions.
- Edit Shipment
- Voiding Shipment
- Preview / Download / Email Shipment
Important: Once your shipment has been ‘confirmed’, you will not be able to edit it.
Edit Shipment
There are 2 ways to locate the shipment you want to edit:
Route 1 – use this route if the delivery order is tied to a particular sales order
- Click on Sales > Sales Orders on the main navigation panel
- On the listing page, click on the sales order that contains the shipment
- Under the Shipments tab, click on the shipment you want to edit
Only shipments that have New status can be edited.

Route 2 – use this route if the delivery order contains different orders
- Click on Fulfilment > Shipments on the main navigation panel
- On the listing page, click on the shipment you want to edit
- On the details page, edit your shipment details
Voiding a shipment
To void a shipment:
- On the Shipment listing page, click on the delivery order you want to void
- On the Shipment details page, click Edit at the top right corner
3. Click on Void, OK to confirm
Email / Download / Preview
You can email / download / preview your shipment by clicking the respective icons located at the top of the delivery order details page.
NOTE: only available for “delivered” shipments
