After creating your invoice, you will be able to perform the following functions.

  • Edit invoice

  • Voiding invoice

  • Preview / Download / Email invoice

Edit invoice

There are 2 ways to locate the invoice you want to edit:

Route 1 – use this route if the invoice is tied to a particular sales order

  1. Click on Sales > Sales Orders on the main navigation panel

  2. On the listing page, click on the sales order that contains the invoice

3. Under the Invoices tab, click on the invoice you want to edit

Route 2 – use this route if the invoice contains different orders

  1. Click on Receivables > Customer’s Invoice on the main navigation panel

  2. On the listing page, click on the invoice you want to edit

3. On the details page, edit your invoice details

Voiding an invoice

To void an invoice:

  1. On the Invoice listing page, click on the invoice you want to void

  2. On the Invoice details page, click Edit at the top right corner

3. Select Void > OK to confirm


Email / Download / Preview

You can email / download / preview your invoice by clicking the respective icons located at the top of the invoice details page.
