How to bulk update product warehouse fees via an Excel file?

To save time updating fees for each product, you can upload all product warehouse fees at once using an Excel file.

Step 1: Go to the Product module. In the product action dropdown, select Update Product.

Step 2: Download the Excel file of the products you want to update. You can filter products by brand or supplier before downloading.

Step 3: Open the Excel file and fill in the warehouse fees for each product.

  • The fee you enter is a one-time fee, not a recurring fee.

  • If you enter 0 or leave it blank, that product will not have a warehouse fee set.

Step 4: Go to the Update Warehouse Fees tab and upload your Excel file.

Once uploaded, EMERGE will automatically update the warehouse fees for all listed products.
