To show full item info in Shipment PDF, go to Company Settings > Basic Settings > APP SETTINGS > SHIPMENT > Show item’s full info (unit price, total value, tax, discount, etc) in shipment PDF and click Save.

The product description can be edited to be shown on the Shipment PDF too.
