This feature comes in handy in some cases when you don't want to show the item price to your EMERGE Cart customer so they can only browse items and check out without seeing the prices. To do this, go to Customers > Customers > select the customer with EMERGE Cart > select Disallow for the ALLOW TO SEE ITEM'S PRICE option and click Save.

Your customer will no longer be able to know the item price unless you decide to change their settings again.
