If you wish to classify different types of sales orders depending on the nature of the business, you can use "Sales order kind". The instructions are below:
Upon creating a new sales order, you can identify "sales order kind" on the top right-hand side of the screen
Click on "add new" to create your own sales classification list and then select one of them
This will allow you to filter "sales order kind" during the generation of sales order report for better analysis
