Step 1:
In Company Settings, click on 'User Management' and select the user you want to set the discount limitation for.
Step 2:
In the maximum sales discount percentage field, enter a value below 100%.
Step 3:
Click 'Save' and wait approximately 5 minutes for the system to process.
Note:
When you set a maximum discount percentage for a specific sales rep, they will only be allowed to apply discounts by percentage—fixed pricing or markups won’t be permitted.
They also won’t be able to exceed the set discount limit.
