Integration

Integration with Hubspot

With EMERGE now integrated with HubSpot, you can import contacts and companies from HubSpot into EMERGE.

If a contact or company already exists in EMERGE, it will be listed in the Error tab instead of the Success tab.

Shopify\Location mapping

Improvement in Shopify's location mapping: 'Map locations from EMERGE to corresponding locations in Shopify.'

With this mapping, when you issue a DO from a Shopify Sales Order, EMERGE will prioritize the mapped location as the outgoing location instead of the Product's default warehouse.

Retail Workflow

Quickly create a Sales Order

For retail businesses that also sell products in physical stores, EMERGE has introduced a new feature. You can now create quick sales orders and print receipts for retail transactions.

PDF Format updates for retail workflow

The PDF format now includes an additional option for retail businesses: Thermal printer support.

You can also customize the PDF format by:

  • showing item line table

  • showing company logo

  • footer message

  • customer's tax registration number & cutomer code | customer name [code][tax number]

  • sales rep & outgoing location

  • PDF Translation into a customized language

Report

Commission Overall Report

In this update, you’ll have more filtering options, including customer, supplier, commission brand, commission category, company source, and invoice info.

When 'Advanced Info' is turned on, you can download an Excel file with two additional columns: supplier invoice number and supplier total amount.

Purchase Report

To track the performance of purchasers in your company, you now have a purchase report that lets you filter POs made by specific purchase reps.

You can also filter the information you need using various filter options like supplier, company, or product category.

For the same purpose of tracking performance, but for your sales reps, you can use the Fulfillment Report.

User Management

Maximum sales discount percentage on each Sales Rep

To control and limit the discount that a Sales Rep can apply.

This is useful for companies with many sales reps that require strict discount management.
