Turn on the Public sign-up page for eCart

In the Basic Settings, go to App Settings and scroll down to ECART (B2B ECOMMERCE).

  1. Turn on the “eCart signup page” setting.

  2. If you want to add a message or call to action,

  • Enable the “Custom image uploaded for signup page” setting.

  • Then, upload your image to personalize the sign-up page with a slogan, banner, or any message you want.

Share the public sign-up page

When you turn on this feature in eCart settings, the system will automatically create a signup page.

You can find the page link along with a QR code in the B2B eCommerce section.

Click on the QR code to download and share it with your customers so they can sign up and start shopping!

How do customers shop in my eCart?

  1. Customers can click on the link you share or scan the QR code to go to the sign-up page.

  2. Now, they will fill in the required information and click 'Sign up' to submit their request to you.

A notification will inform them that their request was successful as the picture.

Approval process:

  • If your company has eCart approval set up, a notification will appear in the customer's email stating that their registration request is being reviewed.

  • If no approval is required, a notification stating how to use eCart will appear in the customer's email.

When a customer signs up for eCart, there will be a notification in the RECENT ACTIVITIES section with a (+) icon.

Click the notification to review the details or approve this customer.

Set up approval process to eCart

In the Basic Settings, go to 'Approval Permission' and turn on the button in Ecart sign-up page

Why should you use the approval process with eCart customers?

Previously, every new eCart sign-up would immediately create customer and product access in the backend, which slowed things down.

Now, if you use the approval process:

  • New eCart customers will be created as 'Pending Approval'

  • While pending, the system will not create backend access or product access until approval

  • Once you approve, the system will show a pop-up asking you if you want to display all items to this customer. You can click 'NO' to set up the list for this customer.
