B2B Purchase Platform

eCart: Public signup page for customers

Your customers (or potential ones) can now sign up and start shopping through a public sign-up page that leads to your customized eCart.

When you want to open your eCart to a wider audience, like new retailers or small business customers, a public registration page will reach more buyers and save you a lot of time dealing with each customer.

Report

Sales Breakdown Report: Customer group filter

You can analyze sales performance across different customer segments(groups) by region, demand, or account type that you have previously grouped.

This report shows which group generates the most revenue and which customers contribute the most or least to sales.

Based on this information, you can adjust your strategy or customer groups accordingly.

Product Details

Label printing: Support to print multiple products' barcodes at once

Now, you can select multiple products at once and generate labels in one single PDF for all of them.

Even better for variant products, you can now simply click 'Select all variants' to include all related items in one go.

Sales Order & Purchase Order

  1. Mass Action\Archive for Purchase Order and Sales Order

The archive action is now available under the 'Mass Action' button, allowing you to select and archive multiple SOs/POs at once, saving you time.

2. Retail Flow (Quick Create Sales Order)

When creating a new Quotation or Sales Order for a walk-in retail customer at your physical store, you may not need detailed customer info since they’re usually one-time buyers.

With this update, the Customer Name will now automatically default to the last customer used in your most recent SO. The drop-down list will show customers filtered by each sales rep.

This helps save time and simplifies the process for fast-moving retail sales.

PDF Format

Showing total quantity in base UOM

We’ve updated PDF documents like SO, PO, QO, DO, and Invoices to display both the selling UOM and its base UOM breakdown.

For example, instead of just seeing 10 boxes

You’ll now see: Box [10] Unit [200]

This small update gives you better clarity across all stages, from purchase to delivery.
