What is the difference between the In-stock warehouse and the Project's warehouse?
In-stock warehouse
This is your main inventory in EMERGE. It includes products available for normal operations, such as purchasing, storing, and fulfilling regular sales orders.
Project warehouse
This warehouse contains stock that has been transferred from the In-stock warehouse to a specific project. Once transferred, this stock is no longer included in the In-stock warehouse and cannot be sold through regular sales orders. It is managed separately in the Project module and linked only to project sales orders and delivery orders.
How to see inventory in the Project's warehouse?
Project detail page\Inventory tab
In the Project Module, select the project you want to check inventory.
Tap to the Rented-out Inventory tab to see:
Inventory List Report
If you want an alternative way to view inventory levels for all projects or a specific project, you can use the Inventory List Report.
Go to Inventory Reports and generate an Inventory List Report for the Project Warehouse.
Select the Location as Project Warehouse and choose the Section:
Select All Sections to view inventory for all projects
Or select a specific section to view inventory for one project
(Each section represents the inventory of a single project)
Click 'View' to generate the report.
