What is in this report?

  1. Date received

  2. Production date

  3. Expiry date

  4. Available stock(include and exclude PO)

  5. Days till expiration

  6. Total value (landed cost and non-landed cost)

  7. Batch product information

What is the Inventory List used for?

  • View stock levels, including in-stock qty and available qty( include/exclude PO) with its total value to prevent overstocking/running out of stock.

  • Tracking batch expiry date to prioritize sales of items nearing expiration.

  • Customize the resulting filter to tailor the report to show only what you need.

How to generate an Inventory List Report?

Step 1 In the Reports module, click on Inventory List(standard).

Step 2 Select the location from which you want to generate the inventory list. You can also choose a specific section or category within that location for more detailed and focused results.

Step 3 Enter days till expiration(for batch product) to see items that expired or rear expired.

Step 4 Customize your report by selecting the information you need and then clicking 'Apply'

Step 5 Choose the action you want ( Export to Excel, PDF file, or View Mode)

Click 'OK' and wait for some seconds, the system will need some time to generate data.
