Step 1: Enable the Multiple Languages Function
Go to Company Settings.
In the eCart Settings under Basic Settings, turn on 'Show product info in eCart’s language.'
Step 2: Select Languages
Enter the languages you want to support, separating each language with the Enter key.
Click 'Save' at the top right corner.
Step 3: Find the Product to Add Translations
Go to eCart Translation, find the product you want to update, and click 'View.'
Step 4: Enter Translations for Product Information
In each language column, enter the translated product descriptions.
Click 'Save' when you’re done.
Customer View on eCart
On the customer’s eCart page, at the top right corner, customers can select their preferred language to view your eCart.
Once a language is selected, the product descriptions will automatically update and display in the chosen language, allowing customers to browse and understand products in their own language.
