How does sync between integrations work? How often will items get synced and what information can be synced?

In EMERGE App, there are three types of integration and each type syncs different information, check out how they work to see if they meet your needs:

  • E-commerce integration

Existing integrations:
Woocommerce, Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Magento, Etsy

How it works:
EMERGE App can import your products (SKU, variants, images) and sales orders from your sales channel, app also can export the product quantity to sales channel (available in Woocommerce and Shopify integration).

The import process can be done manually in the integration page or the products and sales order can be imported every one hour via hourly sync feature.

  • Accounting integration

Existing integrations: QuickBooks Online, Xero

How it works:

EMERGE App will export these following documents to QuickBooks Online and Xero: Customer's Invoice, Customer's Invoice Payment, Supplier's Invoice, Supplier's Invoice Payment.

  • Logistics integration

Existing integrations:
ShipStation

How it works:
User will export the Shipment from EMERGE App to ShipStation to get the shipment status, then import the Shipment with status from ShipStation to EMERGE App.
