When you creating a PO, click at the Qty box and the system will display a quick preview window showing stock information.
If you want to adjust this information, click Manage to set it up or disable this function.
Similarly, click the Unit Price box to see previous prices, such as the highest or lowest price, the average cost price, or the average price over the last 30 days.
Also, click Manage to adjust which prices you want to see in this preview.
What should I do if I don't see stock preview or price preview?
If you don't see this information when you click the Qty box or Unit Price box, you may need to enable this function in Basic Settings. Here is how:
In the Purchase Order settings. Click the Manage icon next to Intelligent Info
Turn ON the price or stock types you want to preview
Click Save once you are done
