June 2026 App Update Release

This update focuses on improving the quick sales workflow for retail, especially cash sales and barcode scanning for products with two codes.

Written by Gigi Nguyen

Barcode Scanning | Scan products that have 2 codes

You can now scan products that have 2 barcodes in EMERGE, such as an additional batch code beside the product information code.

Sales Order | Quick preview customer's last selling price

When creating sales orders, you can quickly preview the last selling price of the products you sold to that customer.

Sales Order | Select product batch in SO generation

You can now select product batch right in the sales order generation step.

For standard sales, if a batch is selected in the sales order, its information will be carried over to the shipment documents automatically.

Quick Sales Order | User interface improvements for POS workflow

Now, when creating a quick sales order, you can quickly tap a button to select a payment method for that order.

Inventory Movement Report| Display staging transfer in Excel file

The system records products that are still in the staging warehouse to ensure accuracy.

The shipment information for these products is also included in the Excel file when you export the Inventory Movement Report.

To enable this function, go to App Settings and toggle on two options: “Dispatch reconciliation...” and “Allow partial dispatch exclude the qty...” in Shipment Settings.

Inventory Movement Report | Add filter Batch Selection

You can now export an Excel file for multiple batches' movement data.

Stock Adjustment, Stocktake | Auto-fill item cost

Now, when you create or edit a stock adjustment or stocktake, the system automatically fills in the cost for each item you add, based on its average cost price and average landed cost.
