Warehouse Management

Occupied warehouse | Quantity threshold control

You can now set a maximum quantity threshold per warehouse section.

This setup can help businesses with huge warehouses control the capacity and quality of goods better without overloading issues.

Reorder Point | Warehouse-based

If you manage products across multiple warehouses or branches with different stock performance, you can now set individual reorder points for each warehouse.

This ensures inventory levels are optimized per location, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all threshold across all branches.

Receive Note | Mass apply batch number

To save time, when receiving products in batches, you can now click the 'Apply to all' button to assign the same batch number to all received products.

Stocktake | Additional unit of measurement

You can now perform stocktakes using your preferred unit of measurement (UOM) then the system will automatically keep all records consistent.

For example, if you purchase products in packs or cartons (additional UOM) but sell them individually by piece (base UOM), you no longer need to stocktake by the smallest unit. Simply perform it in the UOM that works best for you.

Integration

XERO integration | Export additional charges to manual journals

Additional charges (AC) can now be exported to Xero as individual manual journal entries, rather than being merged into supplier invoices. This makes it easier to track and manage your accounting with greater clarity.

App improvements

Task & Note | Assign to multiple users

Now you can assign tasks and notes to all or multiple users within EMERGE.

This improves collaboration between departments, eliminates duplicate tasks, and increases transparency.

Sales orders | Quick preview stock and price

When you place an order and click on the unit price or quantity box, the system will display a window with detailed information about the product price and inventory.

This helps you make smarter pricing decisions and saves you time instead of having to double-check everything.

Customer invoice | Optional to show additional charges PDF

Now you can choose to only display additional charges from customer invoices in internal documents and hide them in customer-facing PDF files.
