Customized Workflow | Design your workflow steps with approvals, information fields, and PDFs

You can now customize your workflows in EMERGE, including steps, approval flows, and PDF documents to fit your business needs.

In each step of your custom workflow, you can add the specific information you need. For example, if your process includes cargo reception, you can include fields related to that in the document.

Sales Order/Invoice | Payment Method

When creating a Sales Order or issuing an Invoice, you can select the customer's preferred payment method from the 'Payment Method' dropdown list.
This helps ensure the billing aligns with how your customer prefers to pay.

Later, when reviewing your reports, you can use the Payment Method filter to easily reconcile payments and track customer preferences.

Retail flow | Sales Order and Report

Sales Order Type and Barcode Scanning

For better transparency and tracking, you can select the 'Sales Order Kind' as RETAIL when creating a standard sales order or a quick create sales order.

You can now use a barcode scanner when using 'Quick Create Sales Order.'

Just scan the product barcode to add items quickly. This helps you save time and works well for retail sales.

Retail Sales Report

For retail purposes, you can now generate a Sales Retail Report in EMERGE.

Sales Order/Purchase Order | Item template

To save time when creating Sales Orders or Purchase Orders, you can use an item template.

This lets you save a list of products with quantities as a reusable template.

When creating a new order, just add the saved template, and all items and their quantities will be filled in automatically.

eCart | Update Selling Price for Variants

For variant products, the price of each variant is now displayed directly after the variant name, making it easier for users to see the price before selecting.

Product details | Custom Information

If your business needs to record more details for a product, you can now add custom fields.

These fields can include things like certifications, internal product codes, colors, or any other specific requirements.

Once you've added custom information to your product (like certifications or buyer-specific requirements), you can include these in your PDF documents.

Simply set up your preferred layout using the PDF Translation Settings, which lets you create customized PDFs that meet your buyer’s needs.
