EMERGE App allows you to input product serial number in the product info page. A serial number cannot be changed/edited after saved so make sure you've entered the right serial number(s) for your product.

After saving the serial number(s), you can check the product's serial number(s) on SERIAL NUMBER tab, you will see their status such as Available or Sold
