This feature allows users to use header and footer for their document PDF, it can be configured in App's settings.
WARNING: Once this setting is enabled, company logo will not appear in the PDF
Please note that the setting requires users to upload both header and footer image and it is suggested to follow the image size of 1500px x 210px; max 2Mb
Users can use this feature to quickly import Purchase Orders with just Product SKU and Quantity
NOTES:
The products need to have default suppliers in order for this feature to work
EMERGE App will create Purchase Order based on product's supplier, each supplier = 1 Purchase Order
Duplicated product SKUs will not be accepted
Enter the measurement in CENTIMETER, after importing, EMERGE APPwill convert cm to user's system unit metric
All of these new fields are optional
Internal note is free text field
Dimension fields allow 2 decimal place. Figures with more than 2 decimal place will be rounded to 2 decimal place automatically.
To send notification emails to more than one person, go to Company Settings > Basic Settings > EMAIL NOTIFICATION > OPERATION > add more email to the settings and save.
A new field is added to Supplier settings called “PDF Remarks”, This remark will be shown in supplier’s purchase order PDF, above the footer and with the same paragraph style.
