Updated this week

1. Expiry Batch Reminders:

2. Credit & Debit Note Allocation:

You can now allocate invoices across multiple companies, making your invoicing process smoother and more flexible.

  • In the Credit Note module, click on the Allocate credit balance.

  • Tab to enable "Show invoices from all companies" and click Allocate.

  • The same steps applied to the Debit note of your customers and supplier side

3. Improved Average Cost Calculation: based on purchase price or production cost.

  • Updated Logic: If stock ≤ 0, use the last purchase price or production order cost (whichever comes first).

  • Now, the system will first check the last purchase price, and if that’s not available, it will fall back to the production order cost.

  • This update is important for businesses that produce products, as they might not always purchase inventory.

4. Trading PO & SO: Additional Charges management

After PO or SO trading is delivered or received (fully or partially) you now can edit or add the Additional Charges to COGS.

5. Purchase order detail: Removed company restriction

You now can tag any Sales Order in EMERGE (except the deleted) in the Purchase Order, even if it doesn't have the same company with this PO.

6. Receive Note Improvement: Show the load name of each item line in Edit / Create new mode

  • When creating multiple POs, items may be the same, but each belongs to a different PO with a unique code.

  • When entering Receive Notes, it's important to know the load name to identify which PO each item belongs to.

  • EMERGE now displays the load name next to the UOM for each item, making it easier to identify the source PO.
