Commodity Trading Flow

Built for businesses trading oil, chemicals, liquids, and other commodities, where product loss during storage and delivery is common.


With this module, you can now:

  • Track Delivery & Storage Loss: Monitor shrinkage and keep accurate records of actual vs. expected quantities.

  • Invoice by actual received quantity.

  • Manage both Commodity Sales Orders and Commodity Purchase Orders in one place.

  • Generate Purchase Loss Report and Sales Loss Report to evaluate margins and performance.

  • Flag Anomalies: Get alerted when losses exceed normal ranges.

EMERGE Cart

eCart | Display Price in Different Currencies

You can now set up different currencies for your product prices in eCart. This helps customers estimate product prices in their local currency for easier understanding.

Note: This display is for reference only, the checkout price will still follow your company’s default currency.

If you want the checkout price to match the customer’s selected currency, please contact us, we can customize this feature for you.

eCart | Display products in multiple languages

You can now set up product information in multiple languages on eCart to match with the language your customers are using.
This helps your customers fully understand your products in their preferred language.

eCart | Default Sale Products for eCart

If you only want to sell selected products on eCart, you can now set a default product list. When new customers sign up through the public registration page, they’ll only see the specific products you’ve chosen, instead of all the items in your catalog.

Integration

Xero | Option to Prioritize XERO mapped products accounts

In Xero integration settings, go to Chart of Accounts and turn on 'Prefer mapped Xero product’s account over integration chart.'

When you create transactions like invoices, quotes, or other sales documents:

  • EMERGE will first use the mapped Xero product account.

  • If no product account is mapped, it will then use the default integration chart of account.

QuickBooks Online | Export Credit Notes

You now can export Credit notes from EMERGE into QuickBooks Online. This credit note will the be used for QuickBooks Transaction with customer's current balance.

Other documents like Customer's Invoices, Customer's Receipts, Supplier's Invoices, and Supplier's Payment also can be exported over QuickBooks.

HitPay | Payment Gateway for eCart Users

You can now integrate HitPay in the EMERGE integration page to enable a payment gateway for customers using eCart.

This update gives your customers more flexible and convenient payment options when making purchases.

Track Historical Events | Email Sender Tracking

In this update, when you hover over the mail icon, you can see who sent the email and when it was sent.

This feature is now available for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Customer Invoices.

Product Overview | Show Prices with Taxes Included

In this update, product prices in the overview page now display with taxes included.
This helps you view the final selling price more clearly, compare prices more easily, and reduce manual tax calculations.
