To keep your invoice records accurate and verified, you can now import e-Invoice QR codes from Xero back into EMERGE. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Enable the function
Go to the Integration page and click Xero Settings.
In the configuration section, turn on the option Import e-Invoice QR Code from Xero.
Set up a keyword (for example, “einvoice” or “e-invoice”) that matches the e-Invoice PDF file name in Xero.
Note: EMERGE will search for the first PDF file in Xero with the matching keyword and automatically import the QR code into the corresponding customer invoice.
Step 2: Import the e-Invoice QR Code
Go to the EXPORT TO XERO tab.
Find the customer invoice you want to import the e-Invoice QR code for.
You can either:
Click 'Import e-Invoice QR' next to each invoice, or
Select multiple invoices and use the Mass Import option to import QR codes in bulk.
Once imported, the QR code will appear directly in the corresponding invoice in EMERGE.
